By definition, it is that feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome; the current pandemic status is a prime example.
Anxiety is something that so many of us have experienced, are experiencing or will experience at some stage in our life’s. Because anxiety looks and feels different to each person, it can be difficult to describe. Some describe it as a feeling of suffocation, drowning, dying, others as a feeling like everything is moving fast, like it’s all a rush and a chaos and you’re standing in the middle of it unsure of which way to turn. Conversely, it can be a feeling that everything is slow, nothing but loneliness. Whatever it feels and looks like for you just know that you are not alone, believe in yourself, draw strength and endurance from those around you, stay focused on the endgame and never lose hope for the future.
